Summer in Colour
Join Little Red Kettle this summer for Summer in Colour, a week-long creative adventure where imagination takes centre stage!
Throughout the week, children will journey through a series of exciting themed worlds, from the bright lights of the circus and the pages of comic books to magical realms filled with wizards, witches, spells and surprises. Every day offers new opportunities to create, explore and play through a fun and engaging mix of drama, dance, arts and crafts.
Summer in Colour is designed to be a welcoming and inclusive space where children can express themselves freely, make new friends and discover the joy of creativity. Whether they are inventing characters, creating stories, taking part in imaginative games, learning movement and performance skills or getting hands-on with colourful art projects, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
At Little Red Kettle, we believe that theatre is for everyone. Our programmes are process-led, meaning the focus is on participation, exploration and creativity rather than performance or previous experience. Children are encouraged to contribute their own ideas, work collaboratively and build confidence in a supportive environment where every voice matters.
Summer camps are often a child’s first introduction to theatre and creative arts, making them the perfect opportunity to try something new. Through playful activities and creative challenges, participants develop communication skills, confidence, teamwork and self-expression while having lots of fun along the way.
No previous experience is required. All you need is curiosity, imagination and a willingness to take part. Whether your child already loves performing or simply enjoys being creative, Summer in Colour offers a space to learn, explore and grow.
We can’t wait to welcome you for a week filled with creativity, friendship, laughter and imagination.
